The Central Issue: Nigeria is at War!

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has declared full-scale war against Nigeria, to punish Nigerians for not returning them to power in Nigeria.  From the shapes of things brewing in the PDP camp, Ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, the ceremonial leader of PDP ran to Ivory Coast.  After 16 years of wantonly embezzling government funds, PDP chieftains and their affiliates controls most of the means of production in Nigeria.  To spite Nigeria, PDP is wreaking havoc on Nigeria’s economy, but disingenuously blaming the weak economy on President Buhari’s government.  For example, the price of crude oil fell from $100 a barrel to $33 a barrel; however, the PDP chieftains and their affiliates which control the petroleum outlet raised the price of petrol from N78 to N140.
Dr. Ayodele Fayose openly called for mayhem against President Buhari and his government from the Fajuyi Square, Ado-Ekiti.  The militant wing of the Ijaw people (calls itself different colorful names to camouflage its identity as Ijaw people) have embarked on crippling the petroleum industry in Nigeria.  For the eight years that Mr. Goodluck Jonathan, an Ijaw man, was in the presidency of Nigeria, the Ijaw people did not revolt; however, when Mr. Jonathan lost the presidential election, the Ijaw people are on a rampage.  Then, there is a group of Igbo PDP, who claim to be indigenous natives of an imaginary kingdom called Biafra.  True Igbo people are industrious and hard-working individuals who are proud to be Igbos.  The so called Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) are mere clowns who have denied their noble heritage for political gains.  The Supreme Court of Nigeria is bent on arbitrarily and capriciously justifying PDP, regardless of the circumstances.

On the long-run, PDP will lose the war because crippling the well-being of the people of Nigeria is not a good way to save face.  Moreover, it is atrocious for PDP chieftains and their affiliates to nest billions of naira of public funds for their personal use in foreign countries.  PDP should be angry with itself for degenerating to a party of thieves; the party should not become upset because it was kicked out for stealing.  PDP should stop the war on Nigerians and drop the pretense that it is opposing President Buhari and his government.

The Central Issue: “Satanic Manipulations”

Senator Dino Melaye has indelibly imprinted the words “Satanic Manipulations,” into the collective consciousness of Nigerians because the phrase concisely and succinctly encapsulates the fiendishly unscrupulous control some state governors and their cronies have on the people.
The words, satanic manipulations bring to mind the treacherous and underhanded manner in which Mr. Godswill Akpabio handles the affairs of the state of Akwa Ibom.
The Mr. Akpabio’s overt ambition is to run for the presidency of Nigeria. To effect that desire, Akpabio needed to befriend members of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, and continue ruling Akwa Ibom by proxy; and do all these at the expenses of Akwa Ibom State.  Thus, Akpabio dismissed Mr. Umana Okon Umana as SSG of Akwa Ibom and brought in Udom Emmanuel, who had no experience with governmental affairs and then embarked on a smoke and mirror Town-Hall political tour to select the next governor of Akwa Ibom even though Mr. Udom Emmanuel had already been assured of Akwa Ibom governorship; and conducted the Town-Hall Meetings as if PDP was a state owned political party.  After mortgaging the state of Akwa Ibom to PDP, Akpabio was made chairman, PDP Governors and eventually, the Senate Minority Leader.  Unfortunately for Akpabio, PDP is in search of a new direction, which does not include Akpabio’s desire to run for presidency.  Accordingly, Akpabio ordered Mr., Udom Emmanuel to organize a PDP convention in Port-Harcourt at the expense of Akwa Ibom and tabled that the Mr. Ali Modu Sheriff be removed as the National Chairman of PDP.
In the interim, the people are mesmerized with the guile of “Satanic Manipulations” using glitters such as government sponsored Guinness World Book of Records winning choir, and a 62 billion Naira stadium in a state where 80% are unemployed.

This is a fiendish control to achieve an overarching ambition.

The Central Issue: PDP should stop punishing Nigerians economically.

It is unfortunate that PDP has resorted to punishing Nigerians economically for not reelecting the party to power in Nigeria.
For 16 years PDP ruled and controlled the economy of Nigeria; however, about a year ago, the people voted PDP out of the Federal Government.
In retaliation, PDP decided to use the economic advantage it gained from 16 years of abuse to inflict economic hardship on the people.
In shameful and cowardly propaganda, the PDP’s machinery is trying to blame the government of President Buhari that took office about one year ago for the economic woes of the Nation: The economy of the nation that PDP dominated for 16 years and still control.

PDP should be ashamed of itself for the unwarranted punishment of the people because the people could no longer tolerate PDP’s wanton looting of Nigeria’s treasury.
